Johnson Coating manufactures wood finishing materials in many different technologies.
Traditional solvent based materials based on nitrocellulose, butyrate, and acrylic chemistry are:
- Stains (traditional spray wipe, spray no wipe, alcohol dye based – NGR)
- Sanding sealers (regular and pre-catalyzed in regular & high build grade)
- Lacquers (regular and pre-catalyzed in regular & high build grade, butyrate for exterior use)
- Basecoats and Enamels
- Toners, Glazes, and Thinners
Waterbased technology materials include stains, sealers, and lacquers (regular and pre-catalysed). Our 2-in-1 system (stain and lacquer) are very popular in the industry.
All materials are fast drying, allow sanding within 10 minutes, have excellent clarity, and provide a smooth appearance.
